Our bespoke music, curated by our music consultants Tommy and Arjen, includes tracks with a soothing effect that evoke a sense of luxury and well-being. Sometimes the songs feature recognizable melodies, but always in a unique and special rendition. This carefully crafted music contributes to the relaxed and refined atmosphere that Rituals strives to create for their customers. The music blends effortlessly with the brand’s philosophy: “We’re not here to sell you beauty, we are here to make you feel good.” Our primary goal in creating the musical identity for Rituals is to ensure that customers experience the ‘Feel Good’ factor when visiting Rituals stores.

The implementation of the music systems takes place in various ways due to Rituals’ global presence. In some cases, X-Radios are shipped and installed on-site by the Rituals team. Additionally, we collaborate with partners who handle the installation process.
Our expertise also includes extensive support. We are available seven days a week to assist our customers with any technical issues related to the music system. Remotely, we can log into all systems to check settings and, if necessary, make adjustments. This allows us to resolve most issues immediately.
